- The music we're trying to create is rather unpopular—best characterized by the word “prog-rock”. How can we make the long story about us short? Ain’t gonna boast, that’s fer sure ;) Professional amateurs as we are. And of course here in Russia you absolutely CANNOT get any income playing a music that is a bit intellectual. No chance. So it’s our life-long hobby, I guess. Got material for a bunch of albums already, and trying to clear up this mess. Mold something intelligible out of it… Some of our musical tastes: L. V. Beethoven, J. S. Bach, P. I. Tchaikovsky, G. Gershwin; Genesis (only early, before 1977!), Yes, King Crimson, Jethro Tull, Kansas, Rush, Van Der Graaf Generator, Camel; John McLaughlin, Weather Report, John Abercrombie, Keith Jarrett, Pat Metheny, Jan Garbarek, Oregon, John Scofield; Clannad, Cocteau Twins, Dead Can Dance, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Eric Johnson; Banco De Gaia, Aphex Twin, Human Head Transplant, Plastikman, Ship Of Fools, Porcupine Tree, Ozric Tentacles; Synkopy (Czech band), Queensryche, Dream Theater, Fates Warning, Mekong Delta, Anekdoten, Flower Kings; Psychotic Waltz, Phlebotomized, Tiamat (only early!!), Cradle Of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, Candle Serenade, Celestial Season, Nokturnal Mortum (Ukrainian band) etc etc etc.....
