YURA G DM саундпродюсер из России, работающий в таких направлениях музыки как house, techno и breaks, а по крику души и в чиллаутных стилистиках. Yura G DM (настоящее имя Юрий Гаврилов) родился в 1979 году в городке Кимовск Тульской области, тогда еще СССР. Еще в раннем детстве переехал в Рязанскую область, где и проживает в настоящее время. Любовь к музыке с раннего возраста ему привил отец имеющий начальное образование в классе скрипки, сам того не замечая, т.к. в его коллекции имелось множество виниловых пластинок, популярных на тот момент коллективов и артистов, начиная от советской эстрады заканчивая зарубежной музыкой различного направления. Юрий любил возиться в данных пластинках и слушать все подряд, со временем вкус его развивался, а тем временем развивалось и желание стать артистом, писать музыку. Но до этого момента свободное время просиживалось за прослушиванием тонн различной музыки, популярной в те годы, а попутно анализировалось, из чего она состоит. Еще в школьные годы в 1994 году, поняв принцип ее построения, Юрий решил создать первую свою композицию, для этой цели он собрал несколько магнитофонов у своих друзей и занялся семплированием музыки на аудиокассетах. Восторг от полученного результата не заставил себя долго ждать и Юрий понял, что он сумел сделать первые шаги в волшебную страну под названием музыкальное творчество. Развитие в музыке прервала армия, после которой он снова занялся творчеством, продолжая осваивать музыкальный софт и основы создания и сведения электронной музыки. С появлением первых полноценных музыкальных программ, Юрий принялся творить свои треки. Первые два релиза состоялись в 2009 году (In My Head и Mysticism To My Lifes (Break Relaxation)) на белорусском лейбле Magic Sounds Records, В 2010-ом Maximum Charge на украинском лейбле Royal Tracks, Deep Ocean на венгерском лейбле 7Sease NuWave Records, New Glance At Breaks на российском лейбле Creative Digital Record, Control The Body и My Feeling, My Dreams на российском лейбле SSG. Трек Maximum Charge поддержали многие российские и английские ди-джеи. В 2011-м выпуск сингла Limiting Velocity на израильском лейбле RADON, релиза Explorer на испанском лейбле Cutoff Recordings, Music don't lie на белорусском лейбле Mad Monkey Records. В этом же году Explorer стал «треком ноября» в Испании и повторно выпущен на испанском лейбле Complicity, был поддержан известными испанскими ди-джеями. В 2012 году выход очередного сингла Deep abstraction в нескольких вариантах на испанском лейбле Cutoff Recordings, переиздание сингла New Glance At Breaks SIngle на американском лейбле PROTON, в том же году выпущен релиз Techno mass на российско-итальянском лейбле Nine Sides Records (Arrant), переиздание трека Town lights deep in the night на германском лейбле Gastspiel Records. В 2013 году вышло сразу четыре релиза на российском лейбле Trombax Records, это The Club life, Space rain, Magic dawn и The forgotten continent, далее следует выпуск ремикса на композицию его друга Rousing - Night beach, который был выпущен на германском лейбле Hutman Records и переиздан в 2014 году на Br Selections в сборнике лучшие ремиксы. Музыка Юрия звучала на таких радиостанциях, как Radio Новая Волна (Минск), Shake.FM (Санкт-Петербург), ReelFM (Санкт-Петербург), Радио позитив (Санкт-Петербург), Listen 2 My Radio (Санкт-Петербург), Radio Club Music (Москва), Sector FM (Челябинск), Radio Style Станция 90 (Москва), Radio Energy Of Soul (Москва), Es Paradis (Саратов), PROTON (США), DFM (Россия) и других радиостанциях. Имели место и выступления, однако Юрий предпочитает уделять больше времени творчеству, а не ди-джейству, но не отказывает просьбам друзей, изредка выступает в клубах и в основном на закрытых вечеринках, куда попасть может не каждый желающий. В настоящее время Юрий продолжает заниматься своим творчеством и помогает развиваться молодым талантливым композиторам.
